Indigenous Social Development and Innovation (ISDI) was created in December of 2015, in response to Canada’s closing of the First Nation Social Development Society (FNSDS). Our team saw a serious gap that we wanted to fill in order to ensure enhanced, innovated services and support systems for First Nation bands, councils, administration and front line workers across BC ISDI’s mission is to develop, produce, promote and provide First Nations governments with strategic social development support and training services to meet the evolving needs of the community and requirements of funding agreements. We provide professional support services in the area of social development.
