Invantest is celebrating their 10th year as the leading supplier of test system station controllers. As a division of KLA-Tencor until 2002, Invantest's CIMA and YieldLink products have received global acceptance, becoming the corporate standard controller for many semiconductor manufacturers. Invantest was spun off from KLA-Tencor in 2002 to provide even more focus on expanding the product line to further enhance the customers' test floor capabilities and utilization.
