Inter-Rock owns three operating businesses in the United States: MIN-AD, Inc. (“MIN-AD”), Mill Creek Dolomite, LLC (“Mill Creek”) and Papillon Agricultural Company, LLC (“Papillon”). MIN-AD and Mill Creek are both engaged in the production and marketing of high purity dolomite. The grade and purity of dolomite produced by MIN-AD and Mill Creek enable the companies to sell into specialty markets for dolomite as opposed to the lower value construction aggregate market. Dolomite sales are primarily to the animal feed, glass, roofing and aglime markets in the United States.Inter-Rock’s management has a depth of experience in the mining, industrial minerals and dairy feed industries, coupled with strong backgrounds in finance and acquisitions. They have successfully built the Company through the acquisition and operation of their three businesses. The focus of their strategy is to continue to grow the Company through the expansion of their existing operations and through further acquisitions.
