Instituto Cidades e Condomínios is a non-profit organization that trains syndics and entities involved in condominium management, awakening their vocation to leadership and inspiring them to apply concepts of citizenship, security, financial transparency, sustainability, and conflict mediation. It aims to promote citizenship, a culture of peace, quality of life and sustainable development, through activities of public and social relevance, in particular mobilization, awareness, and support of condominiums and associations of residents willing to build healthy environments, fulfilling their social function and good management practices and safety. It was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
