We are building an online carwash booking platform to save people time and increase carwash business efficiency Mechanics is as simple as possible – driver goes to instawa.sh, choose day, time, type of car, type of washing and choose the preferable area in the city. This request is sent directly to carwashes in area. The one who replies faster gets the customer. Thereafter car owner is informed about the carwash he or she booked and can be sure to avoid standing in lines or searching nearest available carwash. Other interesting side of service is an influence on carwashes. We expect to change their behavior and increase understanding of connection between customer’s loyalty and level of provided service.
