The InsiderLog helps compliance officers from the creation of insider lists, to the management of related validation and information collection workflows as well as the reporting to the regulators in a standardised format. InsiderLog is a web based platform based on an annual subscription model and has already managed to attract more than 170 clients including renowned blue chip companies, banks and law firms since its recent creation in 2016.
