The Jain Family headed by Mr. D.K. Jain started Siddhomal and Sons, a paper and newsprint trading organization in 1923. With sheer perseverance and foresight they made their first step into manufacturing by setting up Industrial Oxygen Co. Ltd., (INOX) in 1963. Since then it has been a never ending journey of firsts and many diversifications – right from setting up plants for manufacturing refrigerants, PTFE resin and other chemicals and Gases to building a brand called INOX – the most happening chain of multiplexes in India.
