We are able to make UV epi wafers, chips, packages now. Soon or later we will make UV C vertical chip (now only LG make it in the world). In the end of this year, we will make InP epi wafer for 5G application. Through the continuously improved performance and control quality, we will focus on developing UV and InP EPI wafer with customers’ applications.
