InnerPoint Energy has developed patented technology with enables conversion of municipal solid waste to electricity at a transfer station in the community such that renewable energy can be sold to the local community at a price equivalent to local average power rates. The Company has been operating at commercial scale at its own plant that it design, built and operated. The Company is expected to build its first and deploy its first commercial power plant in 2014. The Company has 25 issued patents globally and 5 in the United States. The Company has a very experienced management team and world-class Board of Directors.
