A North Carolina based company, InfoHandler.com, with original corporate name of Education Information Systems, Inc. was incorporated in 1994. Originally the company provided software (SpecED) that allowed districts to electronically create the necessary forms and reports for children receiving services in Special Education. For the past 15 years InfoHandler has focused on providing software as a service solution (ezEdMed) to fee for service Medicaid billing agencies and school districts across the country.
