Incepcion Ltd. was founded in 2010 in London, by Nils Elmark immediately after Christopher Nolan's science fiction film "Inception." The film is about a team of experts with different skills who enter other people's dreams. They enrich these dreams with new ideas that stick like viruses. They felt that such a type of creative consulting firm was needed at a time when industrial patterns are being redefined. There are many skilled advisors who can help business leaders to operate more effectively within the existing paradigms or market boundaries. But they want to help companies to go beyond their boundaries and set new goals which they are not even thinking about today.
