We automate the onboarding of new hires with an inclusive perspective and use chatbots to create awareness using adaptive Micro Learning focused on inclusion for gender, culture and disabilities. We use Artificial Intelligence to support companies to have inclusion as a competitive differential, creating a sense of belonging and making companies more creative, innovative and productive. Our chatbot Ella is delivered to organisations as a software-as-a-service (SaaS). Although it will be available for all organisations, we will focus on companies with 100+ employees where the struggle to onboard and create and inclusive and diverse workplace is more difficult. Additionally, as Ella is delivered as a chatbot for workplace messaging and team collaboration software such as Slack and MS Team.
