Ayalogic was founded in 2002 and is backed by Draper Triangle Ventures, Early Stage Partners, and JumpStart, Inc. imVOX was created by Ayalogic to revolutionize communication in gaming. Ayalogic also runs the Green-Ear network, and has been providing integrated voice services to indie game developers since 2008.
