Imaging3 is a global manufacturer of medical devices, equipment, and imaging tools for the healthcare industry. Its extraction lab produces cannabis-derived THC distillate known as honey oil, from cannabis flower and trim. This honey oil is a base cannabis commodity, which is the active ingredient in many cannabis products including infused edibles, tinctures, creams, and is also used as the active ingredient in vaporization cartridges. The company was founded as Imaging Services, Inc. on October 29, 1993. In order to better position the Company for its future direction -- away from service and towards providing proprietary medical imaging products -the Company changed its name from Imaging Services to Imaging3 on August 20, 2002.
