The Ietty platform seeks to link property agents with home-hunters. Unlike conventional estate agents - which expect users to enter numerous preference criteria each time - Ietty pulls information from a user's Facebook profile, which is linked to the platform. This allows agents to propose options based on criteria selected in advance. Users who then visit a property will receive a reward of JPY1,000.
