Ideafeed is a team engagement tool that utilizes a web application with an approach that allows for a problem to be posted and shared, than the team members all anonymously post their creative solutions and up-vote or down-vote based on what they think. It provides an outlet for creativity to be expressed, and it also takes away the psychological effect of having a name to an idea. Ideafeed is based in Chicago, I.L.
