About company

SHICC creates and optimizes the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, and strives to strengthen and strengthen IC design services, information technology project management, and integrated circuits. Shanghai Integrated Circuit Technology and Industry Promotion Center (ICC) was established in February 2000 by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. In January 2010, in order to promote the construction of Shanghai's applied technology innovation system, it was assigned to the Shanghai Academy of Sciences.
