iCareNote was created by a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience working in hospitals, clinics and home care. Over the years, a pattern emerged where important information from doctor to patient is missed or forgotten creating confusion and anxiousness or patients forget to ask their own important questions creating frustration. With a typical physician encounter averaging about 15 minutes, many patients felt that their care was overlooked or rushed when these incidences occurred. That brief encounter needs to be efficient as possible.
