Flare is a new app that aims to summon the collective efforts of the people in order to make the world a safer place. Through location based services the app allows the user to request help from other nearby users in the case of an emergency. It could be anything from assault to medical emergencies - basically any situation where having more people present could prevent a situation or be of help in any way.
