Originally from Edinburgh, John Duncan moved to the Huntly Area over 32 years ago back to his 'family roots' to coin a phrase. With a sound background in Sales & Marketing and the IT industry 'Huntly Computer Services' (HCS) was opened for business in June 1996 and was one of the first in rural North Aberdeenshire. Operating from what was almost a bothy just outside Huntly, it wasn't too long until they decided to move operations to a warmer less damp environment and in 1997 they moved to Aberchirder.
