Hubly Surgical is a medical device startup dedicated to making neurosurgery safe. The most common neurosurgical procedure fails 20% of the time it's performed, in part because it relies on a free-hand, hand-cranked drill with few to no features for safety. Our team of neurosurgeons and engineers have invented a drilling system for use both in the operating room and in emergent settings, which includes drilling guidance, plunge prevention, catheter guidance, and battery power for ease of use.
