The Hotel is situated in a strategic position as near the Regional Hospital "Umberto I", the first facility of Ancona Nord exit towards the city center and a few kilometers from the center of Ancona. The hotel has 62 rooms of different types (single, double, twin communicating), 3 conference rooms, restaurant, outdoor parking and underground garage. In 2013 the hotel has undergone a series of renovations and expansion that led to the creation of the annexed dining room and kitchen and the construction of a rooftop terrace and outdoor relaxation areas.
