Hospice Advantage is a Medicare and Medicaid certified hospice program, providing superior end-of-life care to patients and families in 14 states including Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Founded in 2004 by Rod Hildebrant, MSA, CHCE, a 25-year veteran of the home health and hospice industry, the mission of Hospice Advantage is to provide “Care, Comfort, and Compassion to the Whole Family”.
