The Hoover-Minthorn House Museum in Newberg, OR. Boyhood home of Herbert Hoover, 31st U.S. President. Charming historic Quaker home in the heart of the Chehalem Valley wine country. We do walk in tours or small tours, and can accomodate up to 20 guests per tour. We ask that you give 24 hours notice if you are bringing a group larger than 10. We are a great stop "breather" in the middle of your wine country adventure! Only 1/2 mile from the Allison Hotel, close to restaurants, cafes, bookstores, galleries, antiques, and tasting rooms.
