LIFT was founded by two leaders, Shawn Berry and Kevin Bayuk, who, after spending the last decade building innovative strategies for their own businesses and organizations, decided to team up and offer those strategies to businesses that are implementing powerful social and environmental solutions, but lack the organizational strategy to thrive. LIFT helps company leadership that is too head-down with day-to-day tasks to rise up and focus on structure and strategy, and helps them stick to the paths that will make them more successful and complete.
