homSALE is now closed. It was a search engine tool available for real estate buyers and sellers. The site combined current MLS, FSBO and Flat Fee MLS listings into one easy to search site. homSALE.com allowed users to search for properties based on location, property type, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and price. The unique technology allowed search results to include every property that matched the criteria, regardless of whether it was listed with a realtor. Results listed basic information about the properties, provided links to photos, and automatically calculated the cost per square foot.
