Home Value Predictor is a SaaS-based, geo-targeted system that delivers local real estate housing market predictions. It is used by buyers, sellers, investors, and realtors focused on real estate transactions. Its proprietary algorithm applies spatial temporal analysis to several variables in every county, city, ZIP code, and census block area in America to generate metrics such as job growth and vacancy rates, and predicts housing prices 12 to 24 months into the future. The system presents its data and forecasts in a map-based application using color-coding. Each map is drawn based upon the county of the address selected or typed into the form. Home Value Predictor was launched in 2004.
