Holoneer develops gesture recognition that uses a single 2D camera to acquire x,y and z data independent of accelorometers, range sensors, gyroscopes, markers, infrared light or steroscopic hardware. Their current prototype is a virtual mouse that plugs into the USB. If a computer can accept mouse signals, then its compatible regardless of its OS. The market includes healthcare, gaming, entertainment, advertising etc.
