Since they personally own all of their stores, their reputations are on the line. Consequently, they make sure all of their stores provide clients with the same great tanning experience. Growing up in the St. Louis area, they know what their clients expect and deserve and will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy and keep them satisfied.
