Holiday Propane, located in Jackson Hole Wyoming and Teton Valley Idaho is looking to acquire a nearby competitor. Holiday Propane is a distributor of propane to residential and commercial customers and has negotiated to purchase a similar propane distributor with market redundancy. The acquisition will bring Holiday Propanes penetration from two markets to six markets. The increase in size will provide for additional efficiencies and greater buying power to Holiday Propane. Holiday Propane currently sells approximately 600,000 gallons per year and after the acquisition will sell an additional 1,400,000 gallons or a total of 2,000,000 gallons per year.
