High Velocity Evaporation (HIVAP) is an internationally patented, low energy evaporation process with applications in air conditioning, industrial evaporation, heat transfer, desalination, and misting. It utilizes the principle of evaporative cooling with a new approach to how the evaporation occurs. HIVAP incorporates nozzles near the fan blade tips, resulting in extensive rates of evaporation.
