HITA stands for HANDS IN THE AIR, representing the connection between music and people. Independent (‘indie’) music and indie culture have always taken a big part in the development and history of many local cultures. In Asia, with thousands of original songs written by hundreds of musicians / songwriters every year, a lot of these music and talents are still unexplored and unheard of. It is HITA’s aspiration to bring these talents to the regional and global platform.
