HISTARTER.COM is a platform to help TMT startups in China to recruit talents, for FREE. This service is similar to AngelList Talents but has more advanced service options. The most important part of hiStarter is its talent database and offline recruiting events across four target market: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen. HISTARTER.COM currently only opens its service to no more than 50 startups in Alpha Version which will be launched on Oct. 18th.
