SquareHire is a software application that helps small- and mid- sized businesses streamline their hiring processes. Companies can put up a powered jobs page on their company website, get their jobs into a free job board ecosystem, review resumes in an interactive environment instead of an email box, keep track of each applicant involved in their hiring process, track which job board produces the most results, share job listings on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, and identify good resumes faster. SquareHire was founded as HireFlo by Rudy Lacovara in December 2010 and is currently based in Boulder, Colorado.
