The company was created in an effort to bring selective oil and gas exploration projects to Accredited Investors through their association with successful geological teams primarily located in South Texas. Their extensive experience includes many facets of the industry, from drilling wells to installing pipeline gathering systems to project funding. It was founded in 2012 and is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
