Mayo wants to bring people closer together in-person and in the moment, but in a non-dating way—kind of like Pokemon Go! We achieve this by letting users broadcast small helps they need in person to a hyper-local community anywhere they are. Mayo is a platform with purpose. To help people help each other. More than ever people feel lonely, isolated, and disconnected (backed by research) because of being on the move constantly and social media. Mayo seeks to remove the social barriers to asking and offering for help. Connect people with the people who can help the quickest – the people nearby. We believe in a world where you can talk to anyone freely, ask for help, and feel better doing it.
