Herringbone was started with one goal: build an applicant tracking system that makes its user's lives easier. It's easy to identify many of the problem areas. Clunky interfaces, slow reports, and poor contact organization made us wonder whether the creators had ever actually worked in staffing and recruiting. These frustrations helped shape a system that allows you to do your job without getting in the way.
