Global Helicopter Lease Equity Fund I L.P., (the “Partnership” or the “Fund”) is a Delaware limited partnership established by HeliKo Aviation Services, LLC ( the “General Partner” or the “Manager”) to make strategic equity investments in leased and undervalued helicopters for the purpose of building a well capitalized helicopter lease fleet. Global Helicopter Lease Equity Fund I, L.P. is seeking minimum original capital commitments of $4 million. The General Partner anticipates that the Fund’s investments will be focused on the Bell 206 Jet Ranger and Long Ranger helicopters predominantly used in the mid-market Helicopter Utility space and as such, will generally be involved in equipment that is leased or proposed for lease to an established operator with an equipment asset value of less than $750,000.
