They started out by being hosts and renting our place on various sites such as Airbnb which gave them a first hand experience on what makes a great host. There are some real world challenges when it comes to short stay rentals and primary amongst them are meeting and greeting guests, managing the property before and after the guest, dealing with all housekeeping staff etc. This is how HelloGuest first came into being- with a vision to streamline and professionally manage services that any property owner would require to make his/her property a 5 star stay for the guest.
