HealthSumit is building a platform that allows patients to quickly and easily identify overcharges in their medical bills just by taking a picture with their smartphone. At the same time, they're using the data in those medical bills to discover the true costs of medical care in the US, and share it with out users. This way, when you need to have anything from an MRI to a major surgery, you can see how much others were actually charged for the procedure before you make a decision on where you receive you care.
