Established in 1998, HC Land Company, L.C. is a land investment and development company based in Vienna, Virginia. Over the years we have acquired hundreds of properties in the Washington metro area. The principals of the company have worked in Northern Virginia since the 1970’s and have been involved in the planning, financing, and development of residential properties, new-home construction, and new home sales and marketing. Suffice it to say, we are a very experienced and accomplished group. Ultimately, our goal is to offer high quality developments, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of properties from townhomes and single-family building lots, to large-lot luxury singles.
