The HBCU Green Fund is an innovative crowd-sourced vehicle created to help finance building and infrastructure upgrades at historically black colleges and universities. The HBCU Green Fund will finance projects that reduce energy and water-usage and minimize greenhouse gas emissions. Modernized infrastructures will ultimately generate savings that can be reinvested, thus improving sustainability of HBCU campuses.
