Havgul Clean Energy AS is a company which develops wind power projects in Norway and Sweden. The company is also involved in other markets, primarily Poland and the USA. HAVGUL is the name of the offshore wind that hits the Norwegian coast. However, the name is as much known as the name of the company behind the Havsul projects, Havsul I, Havsul II and Havsul IV.
