HasToOffer (H2O) is a blend between a local classifieds website and an online auction site. H2O launched, in March 2012, its first local site in Greater New York City: http://newyork.hastooffer.com. The idea is to combine the simplicity and familiarity of a LOCAL classifieds site but to incorporate the fun and excitement of an online auction format. Unlike other online auction sites, there's no shipping or electronic forms of payment required. If a bidder wins a particular auction, they communicate with the seller and arrange for pick-up and payment... just as they wood with a classifieds site.
