Harpoen is an augmented reality mobile app that lets users leave digital graffiti on real world objects and locations, and allows other users to view them. The app has a "around me" button that allows users to sort message interactions by timing, so the latest interaction will appear on top of the list. Harpoen also allows users to add photos and puts a time limit to the messages, so after a certain period the messages would “evaporate”. It is already available on iTunes App Store. Its content can be tailored to individual tastes with easy-to-use customized search features. Its users have to simply input a keyword, or add a username, and Harpoen returns the closest match to them.
