H3Talent is a startup that specializes in the optimization of documentary processes. The idea of ​​creating a company focused on this segment arose in 2011 when its 3 founders worked in a technology consultancy. The idea matured and after one of the founders (Helton Higashi) left the executive position responsible for the "Paperless" operation of a Spanish multinational, H3 Talent emerged, which absorbed the company's entire "Paperless" operation. With the acquisition of 2 more specialists with vast know-how in this market H3 Talent has been conquering the Brazilian market as well as Latin America.
