GS Developers was established in 2002 in order to do some small residential restoration projects. Seemingly overnight we were thrust upon the historic restoration radar because of a project we undertook in Olde Towne Portsmouth, Virginia. There was a large story that appeared in the Virginia Pilot about the quantity, quality of construction and the attention to detail that we were using to restore a 6000 square foot house on the Elisabeth River overlooking the Portsmouth waterfront. People and cities alike took notice & we began to work on larger scale projects. Because of these successful projects, GS Developers has established a great deal of relationships with many local cities including Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach and Franklin, Virginia.
