We've built an automated restaurant order system, wherein users can place orders directly from an Android tablet. Our plan is to place one tablet per table. When a user places an order, a ticket is printed in the kitchen, notifying kitchen staff about the order placed. We also have a backend system that provides important metrics like : trending items, sales info, wait staff performance, to name a few.
