GroupClip is a startup that focuses on combining video with social media. The iOS mobile application allows its users to shoot synchronized video clips together with their friends. It also allows to mashup its users’ clips with photos and music that creates multimedia collages. Its users can invite friends and discover nearby users and co-record videos together. It mashes the co-created video together to one multi-frame video clip available to edit or directly share by all contributors. All co-creators receive a copy of the footage that was recorded together. The app allows its users to edit compelling multi-angle video stories. GroupClip was founded in 2014 by Cristian Brander.
