GrillGrate offers a grilling system that utilizes infrared rays to control flare-ups, remove unwanted fat, and sear in juices. These modular plates interlock to site on top of a user’s existing grill covering all or a part of it. The company also offers the GrateTool, to lift, turn, and serve grilled meat, fish, vegetables, and pizza. GrillGrate was founded by Brad Barrett in November 2007 and is based in Cartersville, Georgia.
